Doug Carlson

Doug Carlson is an accomplished technology and operations executive with extensive experience in leading strategic transformations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as both Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Mavi - OnMyWay™ Commerce since March 2025, Doug previously held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Pro Bono Net from January 2013 to December 2024, where significant advancements in technology and operations were achieved. Prior consulting experience at Teach For America involved reengineering internal operations, while an interim COO role at Operative focused on resolving strategic alignment issues. Doug’s career began at KStrat Ventures, where leadership in startup and turnaround environments was provided. Academic credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Mechanics from Columbia University.
