Irina Kormiletskaya is currently the Head of People & Culture at Mavie Next since September 2020. Before that, Irina worked at Cisco from June 2016 to September 2020 as a Program Manager for EMEAR Global Sales Talent Development Programs. Prior to Cisco, Irina was a Project Coordinator at Adecco from June 2012 to May 2016, focusing on the Cisco Sales Associates Program in EMEAR. Irina also has experience as an HR Intern at HiiL and Pall Corporation, where Irina gained valuable skills in competence management, recruitment, and talent management. Irina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
