Carol J. Frazier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and sales support. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at MAVIN since February 2021, Carol assists over 400 retailers with service and repair needs. Previous roles include Inside Sales Support at Palettes by Winesburg and Relationship Banker III at Huntington National Bank, where solutions were provided to meet clients' financial goals. Carol has also worked as an Associate Recruiter at Randstad, a Sales Representative at dac® Vitamins and Minerals, and an Administrative Assistant at Chuck Nicholson Pontiac-Gmc, alongside serving as Ranch Coordinator and Riding Instructor at YMCA Camp Tippecanoe. Educational qualifications include attendance at Kent State University at Tuscarawas and Stark State College.

Our foundation rests with our timber division, diligently working with landowners to selectively harvest trees throughout the region. Once harvested, the trees are processed by our proprietary mill operations to create lumber to be used by other MAVIN divisions – shipping pallets, hardwood flooring and fine furniture. In the past, the various divisions operated under independent names, but in the spring of 2022, the divisions consolidated under the name MAVIN to help position the company for future growth. With roots dating back to the mid 1970s, MAVIN has a long history with a proven track record for quality manufacturing and trusted customer relationships.
