Tomás Uribe is a Co-founder and CEO at Mavity, a collaboration tool and payouts platform for creative teams in LatAm. Tomás was formerly the Co-founder of Stereotheque and is backed by Techstars, Pharrell Williams, Starta Ventures, and Capital Innovators. Tomás was recognized as an Ambassador for Entrepreneurship by the Colombian Government Trade Agency, a 1st prize winner of an international competition hosted by MIT Technology Review and INTAL - IDB, and a winner of a Ministry of Culture Grant. Tomás was also an MIT Innovators Under 35 for Argentina and Uruguay.

In 2019, Uribe co-founded GRITA.io, the first virtual conference that explores the intersection of music, education and technology in Colombia. Tomás was also a Mentor at NEW INC, the first museum-led incubator.

From 2015-2019, Uribe was the Head of Digital Marketing at Hugleberry Corp., a social proximity app to join like-minded people nearby and discover amazing content, and a Web and Multimedia Designer for the Digital Strategy of the United Nations. Tomás was also a Multimedia Producer for Marketing at The New School and the Founder, Digital Strategist, and Musician of Soundacity. Finally, from 2009-2013, Uribe was a Professor at Academia Musical La Escala.

Tomás Uribe began their educational career in 1991, when they attended Colegio San Carlos for high school, which they completed in 2003. Tomás then attended Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where they obtained a B.A in Music Studies and Composition in 2009. In 2013, Tomás Uribe attended The New School and obtained both an M.A. in Media Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Media Management. In 2017, they attended New York University for the Launchpad Accelerator. In 2022, they obtained a Sales Academy Certificate of Sales Mastery from Google.
