Hridul Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of Innovation & AI at mavQ since April 2021, Hridul leads the development of the Intellisuite product for Intelligent Document Processing and Automation. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Artificial Intelligence at MTX Group, where Hridul led projects that significantly improved the experience of small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic through the deployment of an AI-powered chatbot. Hridul has also contributed to security analytics as an AI Consultant and held various positions at Mu Sigma Inc., focusing on digital marketing optimization and customer analytics. Earlier career experience includes an engineering traineeship at BSNL, where Hridul gained insights into telecommunication network architecture.
