AJ Jennings has over a decade of work experience, starting in 2009 with the United States Department of the Air Force. During their time there, they held various roles such as Director of Staff/Special Assistant, C-17 Instructor Pilot, Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer, Director of Squadron Special Projects and Programs, Senior Manager of Aircrew Training Team, and Chief Squadron Operations Controller.

In 2020, AJ transitioned to the private sector and joined ZoomInfo, where they initially served as a Senior Program Manager in Operations. In this role, they led integration and process improvement efforts for Go-To-Market and Sales Operations and drove a GTM Transformation project. Allen "AJ" then progressed to become the Director of Revenue Operations, responsible for designing and implementing operational processes and systems for sales operations. AJ also served as the Director of Go To Market Programs, leading a team of program managers and overseeing large-scale initiatives within the COO organization. Finally, they became the Director of Customer Delivery, where they headed a 40+ team of SaaS experts and focused on the future development of business services revenue and operations.

AJ's most recent role is as the VP of Revenue Operations at Mavrck, starting in 2024.

Allen "AJ" Jennings obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy from 2003 to 2007. Allen "AJ" later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Norwich University from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their degrees, Jennings has also obtained several certifications, including Looker First Look and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from LinkedIn, as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Allen "AJ" also holds a Commercial Pilot Rating from the Federal Aviation Administration.
