Mara Prandi

Mara Prandi has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer at MAW since April 2008, overseeing operations and staff processes directly reporting to the CEO. Additionally, Mara has held the role of Chief Financial Officer, managing the entire administration of the company and coordinating a team of eight, with responsibilities including accounting regulations, financial analysis, and improving business processes. Prior roles include Assistant to the CFO, responsible for financial transactions and fiscal audits, and Administrative Manager at Airoldi SpA and LA GIDUE SPA. Since July 2018, Mara has also been an Administrator at Howay S.r.l., managing company strategy and operations. Educational qualifications include various degrees in tactical sales, coaching, and financial management from institutions such as CEGOS srl and EKIS srl, as well as a background in accounting from Istituto professionale Sraffa.
