Serena Tedesco is an experienced professional with a strong background in HR and development management. Currently serving as Developer Manager at MAW since November 2017, Serena is responsible for creating delivery models, defining internal KPIs, supporting team activity planning, tracking performance data, and developing client relationships nationally.
