Phil Mittertreiner serves as the Chief Learning Officer at Mawer Investment Management since January 2021, where responsible for designing and delivering the learning and development strategy focused on leadership, team, and career development, alongside coaching and succession planning. As the owner of Potentials Unlimited Inc. since May 1995, Phil specializes in creating high-performance leadership teams by enhancing knowledge, skills, and processes. Prior experience includes roles as Sales and Marketing Manager and Systems Engineer at IBM Canada from 1991 to 1995 and 1986 to 1990, respectively, and as Controller at Duckworth, Price, Henderson Consulting Engineering from 1984 to 1985. Phil Mittertreiner holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Calgary and the Haskayne School of Business, completed between 1980 and 1984.
