Martha Watene

Martha Watene has been working in the Information Technology field since 2013. Martha began their career as a Web Developer and Data Officer -Volunteer at PASEK Kenya in 2013. In 2016, they moved to Allsaints Preparatory Schools as a System and Network Administrator. In 2017, they became an IT Team Lead at Gipps Enterprises Ltd. In 2019, they were hired as an IT Systems Administrator at Nine One One Group. Currently, they are an Information Systems Manager at Mawingu Networks.

Martha Watene is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology Security & Audit at Kabarak University. Martha is also enrolled in a Nanodegree Program at Udacity and is expected to complete it by 2022. Martha has also obtained a Certificate in Cyber Security Essentials Training from Learnovate Technologies in 2020, a Certificate in Python, Data Science & Machine Learning from Modcom Training in 2019-2020, a Certificate in Oracle Database Development from CyberRoam Africa in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kabarak University in 2013-2016.
