Joshua Trister

Joshua Trister serves as the Managing Director at Mawney Partners since January 2014, specializing in Fixed Income & Credit with expertise in High Yield & Leveraged Loans, Distressed Debt, Special Situations & Restructuring, Private Debt & Capital Solutions, Specialty Finance & Securitized Credit, Emerging Markets, and Investment Grade assets. Prior to this role, Trister was the Director at Rostron Search from June 2009 to June 2013, where focus was on headhunting for institutional and corporate sales, trading, structuring, and DCM markets, collaborating with various financial entities globally. Additionally, Trister led a headhunting team as Desk Head at Selby Jennings from June 2006 to January 2009, overseeing recruitment in institutional and corporate sales and related sectors across Europe, the USA, and Asia.
