Luc Chouinard

Luc Chouinard currently serves as Vice-President of Operations at Max-Atlas International inc. since January 2024 and has been the Business Owner at GAKKOO Inc. since May 2016, where GAKKOO provides services and tools for enhancing manufacturing productivity. Previously, Luc held various leadership roles, including Vice-President of Operations at De Luxe Produits de Papier Inc., overseeing 180 employees across three manufacturing facilities with a strong focus on health and safety and operational excellence. Additionally, Luc served as Manufacturing Director at Nova Bus, managing three plants, and held positions at La Cie de Volailles Maxi Ltée and Tembec, where expertise in operational management and collective bargaining was developed. Luc Chouinard began a professional journey as a Mechanical Designer at Bombardier Transportation after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
