Hartmut Buscher

Hartmut Buscher (born 1975) was newly elected to the Supervisory Board at the 2021 Annual General Meeting.

Since the beginning of 2021, Buscher, who holds a degree in business administration (FH), has been Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Günther Holding SE, Hamburg. Previously, he held various positions at Commerzbank AG. Among others, as Director in the Corporate Finance division and most recently as Director in the Capital Markets & Advisory division.
