Reut Gollan has a diverse range of work experience. Reut started their career as an Account Manager at TBWA | YEHOSHUA, where they executed marketing campaigns and managed relationships with various departments and external vendors. Reut was then promoted to Account Supervisor, where they coordinated between office departments and managed a team of account managers. Later, Reut became an Account Director, leading strategic accounts and projects, including tender management.
Following their time at TBWA | YEHOSHUA, Reut joined The Leaders טקנולוגיות שיווק באמצעות משפיעניים as the Chief of Influencers and Community Department. In this role, they managed a team of community managers and organized campaigns with leading companies.
Most recently, Reut worked at max מקס as a Marketing Manager, where they collaborated with strategic partners and built close relationships with C-level roles. Reut also developed and managed marketing and advertising activities, including creating strategic plans and budgets.
In their current position at max מקס, Reut serves as the Marketing Director, responsible for planning, executing, and leading all efforts of the loyalty and profitability program. Reut manages a budget of over 20 million ILS, defines KPIs, and initiates retention and growth strategies to increase marketing KPIs. Reut also oversees partnerships, offline and online communications, marketing automation, and PR, working with global and local peers to promote marketing targets and innovation.
Reut Gollan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Sociology from Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheba, from 2009 to 2012. Reut then pursued a Master's degree in Labor Studies at Tel Aviv University from 2012 to 2014.
