Yael Natan

Yael Natan is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational behavior and psychology. Currently serving as a People Analyst and HRIS at max מקס since March 2019, Yael has also held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Specialist. Prior experience includes working as an HR Specialist at Pazgas (Paz Group) from January 2012 to November 2018, and as an HR Recruiter at Strauss Water from December 2009 to December 2011. Yael holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior Studies from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.
