Alessia Dalla Mutta

Alessia Dalla Mutta currently serves as HR Manager for Germany, Austria, Sweden, and Norway at Max Mara Fashion Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Alessia worked as an HR Business Partner at mytheresa.com, covering Germany, Spain, and China from March 2023 to January 2024. Alessia has also held positions as HR Business Partner and Jr HR Business Partner for Kering Eyewear in Europe between September 2019 and February 2023, and gained experience as a Tutor and Teaching Assistant at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2019. Beginning a career in HR with an internship at Kering Eyewear in 2018, Alessia holds a Master's degree in International HR Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a degree from Dipartimento di Scienze Economiche e Aziendali - Università di Padova, alongside a Human Science High School degree from "Amedeo di Savoia Duca d'Aosta."
