Kaori Ito

Kaori Ito has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kaori started their career at WACOAL as a Brand Manager and worked there from 1994 to 2006. Kaori then moved to Novartis, where they worked in Public Relations from 2007 to 2008. Kaori then worked as an HR Project Manager at Fast Retailing from 2008 to 2011. Kaori joined Square Enix as an HR Manager from 2011 to 2013. Kaori then worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at AstraZeneca from 2013 to 2014 and at Bayer from 2014 to 2016. Kaori also held the position of Senior Manager in the HR Development Group at Yanmar from 2016 to 2017. Kaori then joined Maruho Co., Ltd, where they worked as both an HR Director and Senior HR Manager/HR Business Partner from 2017 to 2021. Following that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Kaori is the Head of HR Japan at Max Mara Fashion Group since 2023.

Kaori Ito holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Waseda University.
