Stefano Susi has extensive work experience in the fashion and digital marketing industry. Stefano currently holds the position of Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Max Mara Fashion Group since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Global Omnichannel Digital Marketing at Max Mara Fashion Group from June 2018 to August 2022.

In 2016, Stefano joined Benetton Group as the Head of Ecommerce, a role they held for two years. Before that, they worked at Max Mara Fashion Group from 2013 to 2016 as the Head of Business Intelligence - Digital Division.

Stefano's career began in 2006, where they worked as a Senior Analytics Consultant at BitBang for six years. Stefano also had a brief role as a Web Developer at SDB Stile di Bologna in 2006.

Stefano Susi completed their Master's Degree in Science of the Internet from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in the years 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they took courses to enter a degree course in Computer Science from the same university in 2003 and 2004. Stefano also studied at the Department of Economics at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2000 to 2003. Stefano Susi completed their secondary education at Liceo Scientifico from 1995 to 2000.
