Leon Kuhn is a doctoral researcher at Max-Planck-Institut für Chemie. They have experience as a research assistant at the same institute. They also participated in a research expedition to Seoul, South Korea as part of the National Institute for Environmental Research's GMAP 2021 campaign to conduct ground-based validation measurements for the GEMS satellite. Leon's work involves the development of a new satellite retrieval for nitrogen dioxide (NO2) profiles using a combination of modern RCT and Machine Learning models.
