Cynthia Aguilar

Cynthia Aguilar has a diverse work experience that spans over 10 years. Cynthia started their career at Frio Express in 2007, where they worked in accounts receivable until 2010. Cynthia then joined Jatco Mexico in 2010 and held various roles, including Staff Accounts Payable and Sales and later as a General Supervisor for SCM Logistics, IMMEX, and Budget Control. Their responsibilities in these roles included processing invoices, managing accounts payable, preparing reports, and supervising logistics operations. In 2015, Cynthia briefly worked at JATCO Ltd as a Budget Controller. In 2019, they joined Max4 Technologies as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and managing the logistical and operational aspects of various business units. During the same year, they also became the Operations General Manager for the Solar Energy Unit at Max4 Solar, where they focused on coordinating and administering the operation of solar panels and renewable energy projects. Cynthia's experience showcases their expertise in operations management, logistics, budgeting, and leadership skills.

Cynthia Aguilar completed their education at Universidad Panamericana. From 2020 to 2021, they pursued a degree in ICAMI LD, specializing in Lideres en Desarrollo. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they obtained a Master's degree in Adminstracion de la Cadena de Valor. Their undergraduate studies were also conducted at Universidad Panamericana, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administracion y Mercadotecnia from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Cynthia Aguilar also obtained a certification in LD en Línea - 1 from ICAMI in June 2021.
