Amanda Berg

Amanda Berg is a Research Developer at Maxar Technologies since January 2023 and serves as an Adjunct Assistant Lecturer at Linköpings universitet from May 2022. Previously, Amanda worked as a Research Engineer at Termisk Systemteknik AB from January 2013 to December 2022, with a focus on leakage detection in district heating networks through airborne thermography. Amanda has held various academic positions at Linköping University, including Postdoctoral Researcher and Industrial PhD student, emphasizing machine learning applications for remote thermography. As a co-founder and consultant at Scienvisic AB, and with early experience as a System Operator at Air Liquide Gas AB, Amanda's educational background includes a PhD and Licentiate of Engineering in Computer Vision, as well as a Master of Science in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Linköping University.
