Francis Neven

Francis Neven is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Systems Engineering at Maxar Technologies since April 2022, Francis has previously held key positions including Chief Systems Engineer at L3Harris Technologies from July 2014 to October 2023, Chief Engineer at General Dynamics Mission Systems from November 2008 to July 2014, Chief Systems Architect at Rockwell Collins from April 1999 to November 2008, and Communication Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation from May 1985 to April 1999. Francis Neven earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (MSEE) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Southern California, along with additional studies at the University of Wisconsin - Madison from 1992 to 1996.
