Mirko Kravic has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mirko started their career as a Basketball player for KK Sport-Key Novi Sad from 2000 to 2008. Mirko then worked at NIS Gazprom Neft as a Derrick man from 2011 to 2012, where they were responsible for various drilling process stages. Mirko then took on the role of a Mud engineer at the same company from 2012 to 2016, managing the creation and maintenance of drilling fluids.

In 2016, Mirko joined MaxBet as a Customer Support - Online Support Agent and worked there until 2020. Mirko handled gaming queries, managed payments, and worked closely with the IT team to solve technical issues. Mirko then transitioned to NS Selidbe as a Transportation Assistant from 2020 to 2021.

Mirko joined Greatodds in 2021 and held multiple roles. As a Customer Support Agent, they responded to customer queries and managed escalations and customer retention. Mirko later became the 2IC, where they managed the customer support team, participated in training processes for new hires, and contributed to product development and marketing strategies.

Currently, Mirko holds the position of Head of Customer Support at MaxBet, starting from 2022.
