Rost Bitterlikh

Rost Bitterlikh is an experienced leader in research and development, currently serving as the VP of R&D at Lognet Billing since May 2008. Prior to this role, Rost was the R&D Director at MaxBill from January 2006 to May 2008, where responsibilities included product development, program management, and the establishment of a new organizational structure for the R&D department to enhance product development and quality assurance methodologies. Rost holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute,' completed between 1991 and 1996.
