Adam Dobrenz

Adam Dobrenz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, project management, and business operations. Currently serving as a CPI Engineer at Maxcess since July 2023, Adam previously worked as an On Site Calibration Technician at Cross Company, where notable achievements included generating over $400k in revenue and enhancing medical device repair processes. As the Owner/CEO of Oasis Senior Advisors, Adam successfully assisted over 100 clients and established valuable business relationships. Experience also includes roles such as Sr QMS Program Manager at Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma, Lead Project Manager and Lean Leader at GE Oil & Gas, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in the United States Marine Corps, all marked by significant cost savings and project delivery improvements. Adam holds an MBA from Southern Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior University.
