Richard Coward is an experienced professional with an extensive background in sales and management. Currently serving as the Enterprise and Strategic Partner Director at MaxContact since April 2019, Richard has also held roles as Sales Director and General Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes over twelve years at Daviker, where Richard excelled as General Manager, Sales Manager, and Senior Sales Consultant. Additional roles include Sales & Marketing Executive at Cognisoft, Sales Manager at Caudwell Communications, and Customer Contact Advisor at RAC. Richard holds a BSc Hons in E-Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2005.
