Menno Willemsen

Menno Willemsen has had extensive work experience in finance and business control. Menno began their career as a Finance Specialist at ConQuaestor, where they worked on various projects in finance and accounting. Menno then joined Mexx as a Financial System Controller, responsible for managing data systems and implementing planning and budgeting tools. After that, they worked at Kadenza as a Planning & Control Specialist.

Menno then joined Mexx Belgium N.V. as a Planning & Control Manager, where they were responsible for financial management and building investment cases. Menno later moved to Maxeda DIY Group, where they held the roles of Manager Business Control and Director Business Control. At Maxeda, they were involved in overseeing business control operations and providing support to business partners.

In between, Menno also worked at ANWB as a Business Controller, providing support to retail, call center, and online business operations.

Overall, Menno has a strong background in finance, business control, and financial management, with experience in implementing systems, analyzing data, and supporting business partners.

Menno Willemsen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences in the period of 1994 to 1998. Menno then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1998 to 2001.
