Alper Elmas

Alper Elmas is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in business control and project management within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Control for Factory Programs at Northvolt since November 2022, Alper has previously held several senior roles at Vattenfall, including Director of Business Control for Onshore Wind, where responsibilities included overseeing business control activities across Northern Europe, leading financial analysis for project pipelines, and managing a team of controllers. Alper's career also includes positions at First Bioenergy AB as a Business Development & Project Manager, and at PFC Energy as a Lead Analyst in Downstream markets. Alper holds an MBA in Strategy, Finance, and Organization from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Commerce degree specializing in Finance and International Business from the University of Manitoba.
