Robert Odell

Robert Odell has over 25 years of experience in the legal field. Robert began their career in 1994 as an Associate at The Chatterjee Group. Robert then moved on to become a Corporate Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel in 1996. In 1999, they became the Founding Executive and General Counsel of Bigfoot Interactive, Inc., an email marketing platform sold to Alliance Data Systems (NYSE: ADS) for ~ $120 million. In 2003, they became Managing Partner of Odell Associates, LLC and General Counsel & Board Member of Maxeler Technologies. In 2005, they became Founding Partner/General Counsel of Candlebrook Properties, LLC (f/k/a Vantage Properties). In 2011, they became Managing Partner of Embrina Real Estate LLC. In 2013, they became Partner of Odell Girton Siegel, LLC. In 2014, they became Co-Founder of Mahalo Gives, LLC.

Robert Odell received their JD from New York University School of Law in 1996, their BA magna cum laude from Cornell University in 1992, and their High School diploma from Horace Mann School in 1988.
