Arnold Castillo is currently the Manager of Equipment Engineering at Maxeon Solar Technologies, overseeing the selection and installation of equipment for product development. Previously, Arnold held positions at SunPower Corporation, including Manager of Engineering II and Department Manager of Cell Equipment R&D - Asia. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in equipment development and maintenance, Arnold has been instrumental in advancing technology and optimizing processes in the solar industry.
