Rob Alberding has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rob started their career in 1996 as an Electrical and Control Systems Engineer at Fluor Corporation and worked there until 2006. Rob then joined Bayer as a Process Control Technology Lead Engineer and worked there for almost 10 years. In 2016, they joined Sepam as an Engineering Manager and later moved to Fluor Corporation as a Principal Engineer in 2017. At Fluor Corporation, they also held the role of Sr. Manager Program Office. In 2021, they joined Jabil as a Sr. Technical Business Unit Manager and recently, in 2023, they became the Director of Facilities at Maxeon Solar Technologies.
Rob Alberding - CMgr MCMI has a diverse education history. In 1991-1995, they attended Nova College, where they studied Electrical Automation and Control Technology. In 2015-2016, they pursued a course in Engineering Management at City & Guilds and obtained the MCGI PRA LVL7 degree. Rob furthered their education in 2016-2018 at Lincoln International Business School - University of Lincoln, earning a BSc (Hons) in Engineering Management. In 2018, Alberding pursued a program in Management and Leadership at the Chartered Management Institute. Finally, in 2020, they completed a course at the Chartered Management Institute, earning the title of Chartered Manager with a focus on Engineering.
