Heather Beckstead, CPB has a diverse work experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare administration. Heather served as the Director of Revenue Cycle at MAXhealth, where they worked towards aligning billing operations with company objectives and implemented new technology for streamlining payments and patient receivables. Prior to that, they were the Director of Claims Resolution at Origin Healthcare Solutions, where they managed and streamlined ongoing operations between A/R and Denial Management teams. Heather also worked as the Assistant Director of Denial Management and as an Executive Assistant at Origin Healthcare Solutions formerly Partners in Practice. Before their healthcare career, they worked as a Certified Legal Assistant at Syprett, Meshad, et al., handling family law matters, and as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant at Parker Law Group, specializing in family law and auto cases.

Heather Beckstead, CPB obtained their Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies from Keiser University-Ft Lauderdale in 2004. During the same time, they also pursued a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Paralegal Studies, for which they completed their studies between 2002 and 2004.
