Karen Fordham

Karen Fordham is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Medical Expense Management project manager at MaxHealth since February 2024, Fordham is also a Managing Partner at KMM Consulting, LLC since July 2021. Previously, leadership positions included Market Chief Executive Officer for the Eastern United States at Wellvana Health, Chief Executive Officer for Venice Regional Bayfront Health and St. Joseph Hospital at Community Health Systems, and President and CEO at Huron Valley Sinai Hospital during tenure with Tenet Healthcare. Fordham holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University, earned between January 1993 and January 2003.
