Aldo Alvarez

Aldo Alvarez serves as the Sr. Head of IT and Application Support Services at Maxicare Healthcare Corporation since May 2021, overseeing IT Operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and user satisfaction. With a robust background in IT management, Aldo previously held key positions at major companies including Verizon as a Senior Manager, where supervision of a large team was essential for maintaining service quality, and at GENPACT and Fujitsu Australia Limited in managerial roles. Aldo has also contributed as an IT Global Service Desk Manager at Arvato Bertelsmann Systems and as a Global Infrastructure IT Manager at ACS - Xerox Company. Educationally, Aldo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from AMA Computer College University, completed in 2003.
