Joseph Ranche

Joseph Ranche is a seasoned ophthalmologist and university lecturer with extensive experience in the medical field. Since February 2022, Joseph has served as a University Lecturer at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, while concurrently holding the position of Ophthalmologist at Diliman Doctors Hospital and Qualimed Health Network since April 2018 and November 2017, respectively. Additionally, Joseph works as a Primary Care Physician specializing in Eye Care for Maxicare Healthcare Corporation since October 2020 and practices community ophthalmology at Rizal Eye Center, RPMCI. Previous roles include a University Researcher at the Institute of Ophthalmology, University of the Philippines Manila, where Joseph contributed to ocular pathology and health research ethics, and secretary for the Ethics Review Board at RIDO, University of the Philippines College of Medicine. Joseph earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines, complemented by residency training in ophthalmology, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health.
