Dan Durrett, PE has over two decades of work experience in engineering roles. From 2001 to 2008, they worked at Stantec as a Senior Project Engineer, where they oversaw various civil engineering and geotechnical projects, including gravity dams, landslide exploration, and remediation. Their responsibilities included site layout and design, stability analyses, geotechnical investigations, and project billing.
In 2008, Mr. Durrett joined Maxim Crane Works as the Director of Engineering Services. Dan primarily focused on the National Tower Crane Division, but also provided services to the hydraulic and crawler crane divisions. Their duties involved reviewing geotechnical reports, coordinating with customers, planning jobs and climb sequences, designing foundations, tracking project drawings, and updating tower crane design procedures. Additionally, they assisted with lift plan planning and development for the eastern region of the National Crawler Crane Division.
Dan Durrett, PE completed their education from 1991 to 2000. Dan attended Covington Catholic High School from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they pursued their passion for Civil Engineering at the University of Kentucky, where they obtained both their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from 1995 to 2000.
