Eric Cheng

Eric Cheng is a seasoned investment banker with extensive experience in healthcare investment banking. Currently, Eric serves as the Senior Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at Maxim Group LLC since March 2022. Prior roles include Chief Business Officer at Medicus Sciences Acquisition Corp., Managing Director at Altium Capital, and Co-Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at ROTH Capital Partners, among others. With a career that began as an Associate at Lehman Brothers in 1996, Eric has held various leadership positions across notable firms, including BMO Capital Markets and Deutsche Bank. Eric holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Economics-Business from UCLA.
