Sean Cooney-Olson

Sean Cooney-Olson, ECA, serves as the VP of Executive and Corporate Services at Maxim Group since May 2018, managing the onboarding process for publicly traded companies and facilitating the opening of numerous brokerage accounts. As an Investment Advisor, Sean provides expertise on equity compensation programs, tailoring strategies for Section 16 insiders and mitigating investment risks through diversified asset allocation. Prior experience at Laidlaw & Company UK Ltd. involved expanding the client base and cultivating equity trading accounts, while earlier roles included internships in sales and press release writing. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Ursinus College, obtained in 2014.
