Anna Harrison

Anna Harrison, MSOL, currently serves as the Recruitment Operations Manager at Maxim Healthcare Group since November 2019, focusing on sourcing and recruiting qualified nurses, managing client schedules for over 35 patients, and developing new referral sources. Prior experience includes roles as a Training and Development Intern at the Advertising Specialty Institute, a Literacy Mentor with America Reads, and an intern at Gravitater, Inc., where Anna was involved in influencer recruitment and campaign metrics. Additional internships in human resources and marketing at Elevation Academy and in sales promotions at Next Level Marketing provided a foundation in education content development and customer engagement. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Holy Family University.
