Madison Morningstar is an experienced recruitment marketing professional currently serving as the Manager of Employer Brand Recruitment Operations at Shake Shack since August 2024. Prior to this role, Madison worked at PENN Interactive from October 2021 to August 2024, first as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist and then as Team Lead, Employer Brand Recruitment Marketing, focusing on enhancing the employer brand presence and engaging top talent. Earlier experience includes a position as Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Employer Brand at Rosenthal Automotive, where Madison assisted the Director of Operations with project implementation and process centralization. Madison is a graduate of Old Dominion University, where involvement as a Student Athlete on the women’s soccer team took place from June 2015 to May 2019.
