Tyran Reed has extensive experience in healthcare operations and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Maxim Healthcare Services since July 2014, following a role as Operations Manager. Responsibilities include developing relationships with clients and healthcare providers, overseeing financial operations, business development, and managing performance and team development. Additionally, as a Healthcare Recruiter, Tyran maintained relationships with over 65 clients, managed 150+ field employees, and provided recruitment support across Virginia offices. Tyran's earlier experience includes serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy from September 2003 to September 2011, where responsibilities included patient care, administering immunization programs, and conducting physical examinations. Tyran holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from ECPI University, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
