Ciara Silipigno is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the National Recruitment Manager and Recruiter Lead Manager for the Northeast Region at Amergis Healthcare Staffing since June 2020, Ciara is responsible for training and evaluating Recruiter Trainees and leading recruitment initiatives.
