Currently serving as the National Recruitment Manager and Recruiter Lead Manager for the Northeast Region at Amergis Healthcare Staffing since June 2020, Ciara is responsible for training and evaluating Recruiter Trainees and leading recruitment initiatives. Previously, Ciara worked as a Healthcare Recruiter, sourcing healthcare professionals through diverse channels. In 2019, an internship at Kaden Health involved sourcing candidates and screening applications in a dynamic start-up environment. Ciara's initial work experience includes a position as a Beverage Cart Server at Ballston Spa Country Club, where exceptional customer service and bartending skills contributed to increased revenue. Ciara holds a degree from The George Washington University School of Business and a high school diploma from The Albany Academy for Girls.
