Rachel Youngerman has extensive experience in recruitment within the healthcare staffing industry, particularly in the placement of rehab therapists. Since March 2008, Rachel has held various leadership roles at Amergis Healthcare Staffing, currently serving as Sr. National Recruitment Manager, where partnership with the Recruitment Operations Manager focuses on hiring and developing National Recruitment Managers.
