Rob Gehman has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Rob began their career in 2009 as the Director of Finance at Erickson Living. In 2013, they moved to Maxim Healthcare Services and served as the Vice President of Finance until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Maxim Healthcare Services Inc as the Senior Vice President of Continuous Improvement, leading cross-functional teams and implementing the Adizes methodology. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Maxim Healthcare Staffing, overseeing various departments responsible for driving innovation and improving efficiency using Agile, DevOps, and Adizes methodologies.
Rob Gehman obtained a Master of Science in Finance from Loyola University Maryland between 1998 and 2003.
