Roman Kozlov

Roman Kozlov is a seasoned professional in commerce and analytics, currently serving as a Commerce Process Senior Analyst at MAXIMA Eesti since November 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Customer Analyst at Telia from May 2020 to October 2025, and a brief stint as a Financial Analyst at HUPPA in early 2020. Roman has also worked at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company as both a Route to Market Analyst and Sales Analyst from August 2017 to March 2020, and at APL as a Support Team Lead from August 2014 to August 2017. Roman holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology (2012-2017) and a Master's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway (2014).
