Arturs Cinis has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2015. Arturs began their career as a Trainee at Wirtschaftsförderungs-Gesellschaft des Kreises Rendsburg-Eckernförde mbH in 2003. Arturs then worked as a Courier at the Bank of Latvia before moving on to InduTec, where they worked as a Trainee and conducted research on tourism destinations in Europe. In 2006, Cinis joined Foto A.C. as an Assistant to the CEO and stayed in the role until 2011. During this time, they also worked as a Project Manager at ALTCON from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they briefly served as the CEO of AAL Grupa before transitioning to the role of Project Manager at Būvkonsultants from 2005 to 2013. In 2013, Cinis joined REM PRO Ltd. as a Project Manager, and then became the Head of Engineering Department at SKONTO PLAN LTD in 2014. Finally, they worked as the Head of Construction Unit at Maxima Latvija from 2015 onwards, overseeing numerous development and reconstruction projects.

Arturs Cinis began their education at Kuldiga Center Secondary School, where they completed their secondary education before the year 2001. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Economy at the Banking Institution of Higher Education from 2001 to 2005. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2015, they attended Riga Technical University, where they earned an Engineer's Degree in civil engineering. Following this, between 2012 and 2019, Arturs Cinis simultaneously pursued two Master of Business Administration degrees. Arturs studied Business Administration and Innovations at the University of South-Eastern Norway and Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University).
