Madara Mikelsone

Madara Mikelsone has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Madara most recently worked at Maxima Latvija, starting in 2021 as the Head of Media Unit and later taking on the role of Acting Marketing Director. Prior to that, they worked at PHD for over 14 years, where they held multiple positions including Client Service Director, Acting Managing Director, Account Director, Account Manager, and Assistant to Account Manager. Madara also gained valuable experience at Baltijas Grīdu Serviss as a Project Manager and at ZetCOM SIA as an Assistant to Head of Client Service and Client Service Specialist.

Madara Mikelsone pursued their higher education at the University of Latvia Faculty of Business, Management and Economics. From 2001 to 2005, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Quality Management. Later, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration from 2005 to 2008.
