Victor Chutov

Victor Chutov serves as the Deputy Director of the Sistem Integration Department at MaximaTelecom JSC since December 2021. Prior to this role, Victor Chutov worked at МТС from November 2016 to November 2021 and at Technoserv A/S from August 2012 to August 2016, holding various positions including Head of Sales Unit and Deputy Director of Business Unit for law enforcement agencies. Earlier career experiences include a role as a Business Development Manager at STS Group (LLC SALAYETA) and Project Manager at INFORMSVIAZ, where responsibilities encompassed project management, technical requirements preparation, and the installation and maintenance of security and telecommunication systems. Educational qualifications consist of a Specialist degree in English professional communication from Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation, a Specialist degree in Economy and Management from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, and an Engineer degree in Computers, IT, and Communication technologies from the same university. Additionally, Victor Chutov completed a program at IBSA Institut für Biostruktur-Analysen AG in 2016.
