Antonio Matos

Team Lead at Maximizer

Antonio Matos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Antonio started their career at CPqD as a VB6 & VB.NET Developer, where they played a crucial role in the development and maintenance of the SSR project, which is a software used to control and supervise public pay phones in Brazil.

After that, Antonio worked at IBM as an offshore resource for two clients: Sprint/Nextel, an American telecom company, and Itaú/Unibanco Banking, a major Brazilian bank. Antonio then transitioned to the role of Test Analyst and eventually became a Test Team Leader for the Sprint/Nextel account, where they managed both technical and administrative aspects of testing.

Antonio later joined Itaú Unibanco as a .NET Designer & Developer, working on software architecture and design using UML and VB. Antonio then moved on to Raízen, a joint venture between Shell and Cosan, where they served as a System Architect for the Corporate & Shellbox teams, focusing on ethanol production and distribution.

Most recently, Antonio joined Maximizer Software, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer. Maximizer is a leading provider of CRM and contact management solutions for small to medium-sized enterprises.

Antonio Matos completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas between the years 2000 and 2005. Antonio then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from UNIBTA - Centro Universitário during 2009 and 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Antonio Matos has also acquired additional certifications. Antonio has been awarded a "Verified International Academic Qualifications" certification by World Education Services in March 2021. Furthermore, they hold a certification titled "M101N: MongoDB for .NET Developers" from MongoDB, Inc. and an "edX Honor Code Certificate for Introduction to MongoDB using the MEAN Stack" from edX, both of which do not specify the exact dates of attainment.
