Jin Yu

Jin Yu began working as a Graphic Designer at Sino Translation in 1996, where they stayed until 1999. In 2000, Jin started working at Maximizer Software as a Web/UI Designer, and later transitioned to the role of Product/Program Manager in 2005. In this role, Jin was responsible for collecting feedback, analyzing market trends, and defining the product vision and goals. They also created and maintained the roadmap for the core Maximizer product, effectively communicating with stakeholders about the product vision and release plans.

Jin Yu started their education by obtaining a Diploma in Applied Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute (ITI) from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Graphic design and desktop publishing at Burnaby College from 1995 to 1996. Jin Yu's educational journey began in 1993 when they pursued a Master's degree in Landscape Planning from UNSW, which they completed in 1995.
